Was born on August 19 1953 in Shahrihan city of Andijan region.

Graduated from Juridical faculty of Tashkent State University in 1983. In 1989 he defended a dissertation for a candidate degree on the theme “ The essence of judicial actions in criminal legal procedure”, in 2000 he defended a dissertation for a doctor ‘s degree on the theme “ Judicial – psychological problems of cross-examination and evaluationof evidence according to the crinminal judicial code of the Republic of Uzbekistan” on speciality 12. 00. 09. – criminal case, criminalistics and operative investigation activity; juridical examination.

S.H . Abdullayev started his work as an instructor at the department of “The fundamentals of production” after graduatining from Namangan State University. In the years of 1985-1989 he delivered his job as an academic master and teacher. In 1989- 1991 he made a research work on the theme of “ Methodological bases of developing constractive- technological training of the students of the industrial – pedagogic faculties in higher education institutions.

S.H . Abdullayev successfully defended his dissertation on the speciality-12.00.02 - Methods of Teaching general technique disciplines at the coordination council attached to Moscow Pedagogical State University. In 1993 he was given dotsent degree by the Supreme Attestation Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

S.H Abdullayev published more than 60 scientific and scientific-methodological works. The results of his works were reported in international and republican conferences and seminars. Fifty of them were edited after the defention of the dissertation.

S.H. Abdullayev had worked in the positions of the head of the department of general technical disciplines and professional education, dean's assistant on academic affairs, director of complexes of university hostels equal to the his position is a vice rector for dealing work with the Academic position of vice rector and vice rector on the affairs of academic lyceums and professional colleges. At present time he is leading work in the position of vice rector on the Academic Affairs.

S.H. Abdullayev is ordered, devoted, persistent person and sets agood example to the professor-teacher staff and students of the university.Moreover, he takes an active part in social and economic life of the University.

M. Kodirkhanov was born in 1971 in the town of Chust of the Namangan region.

In 1994 has graduated from the faculty of Chemistry of the Tashkent State University on qualification of «Chemist. Teacher». In 1994 has entered to postgraduate course in Institute of Chemistry and Physics of Polymers of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.

In 1998 M.Kodirkhonov has successfully defended the research for Ph.D. degree in Institute of Chemistry and Physics of Polymers of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan on theme of «Molekular weight, conformational characteristics and compositional heterogeneity of copolymers N-vinillaktams» on a specialty 02.00.06-chemistry of high-molecular compounds. Since 2001 he has been researching for doctor’s degree at this Institute. M.Kodirkhonov contributed more than 60 scientific articles and methodological manuals. M.Kodirhonov holds patents for his inventions.

The group of experts under his management is engaged in the realization of innovative investigations in chemistry teaching based on informational technologies.

M.Kodirkhonov delivers lectures for bachelors of chemistry faculty on disciplines of «Physical methods of research», «High-molecular connections», «Mathematical modeling of a structure and properties of chemical compounds», and also for masters course students on «Physical methods of research of natural compounds».
M.Kodirkhonov has started the pedagogical activity as a senior teacher of chair of chemistry of the Namangan State University in 2001.

In 2005 - 2006 worked as the head of the chair of chemistry, 2006 – 2007 as the senior lecturer of the chair and 2007 - 2008 the dean of faculty of chemistry.

M.Kodirkhonov raised his skill and experience in some central scientific and educational centers of the world such as Germany, Latvia, Malaysia, China.

Since October 2008, M.Kodirkhonov has been working as the wise-rector for scientific affairs of Namangan State University.
